Have richer relationships &

foster healthy ambitions.

Jeanne Bunker is a psychotherapist and relationships specialist.

She guides professionals, individuals, and couples to build skills that

facilitate healing and positive change.

Aggression is energy that we can use in a range of ways from creation to destruction. To create, we must befriend our aggression and learn to use it skillfully, mindfully and lovingly.

If you’re like people I have worked with, chances are you’ve internalized a few beliefs about yourself, about women or gender, and about ambition that don’t serve you anymore. If so, and if you’re curious about those beliefs because you want to move from frustration toward more freedom, you are in the right place.

My 30+ years of experience has borne this truth:

Building skills in using healthy aggression can facilitate healing and positive change. You don’t have to suppress your aggression nor discharge it impulsively. You can choose how to channel your natural, human aggression.

Shared Values

Open-Heartedness: We aim to stay open to other people and new experiences that foster connection in unexpected ways.

Curiosity: In our pursuit of ongoing growth we can actively foster curiosity that leads us to what could be better in our lives and in our world.

Honesty: Honesty requires courage to see and speak what’s real, and only then can we make meaningful change.

Play: In our respective journeys toward replenishment, we each are called to find our own ways to experience more joy, creativity, and play.

From Jeanne:

“As an experienced therapist, presenter, and teacher, my mission is to inspire and nourish Brave Seekers like you. The people I serve are curious and emboldened to identify toxic beliefs and ideas. I have a special interest in misogyny - how we minimize the value of women and mistrust women more than men. I have a particular interest in internalized misogyny, when we turn against our own feminine aspects, across genders. My body of work focuses on how these beliefs relate to human ambition, intimacy, confidence, and pleasure. Join me on this mission.”
